Our Mission

At Iron Cross, we are dedicated to enhancing your overall well-being through personalized workout plans, instructional videos, nutritional advice, and one-on-one training sessions. Our holistic approach focuses on providing you with the knowledge and tools for realistic exercise programming, ensuring constant communication and accountability check-ins. Led by a former college athlete, current Army National Guard Officer, and Doctor of Physical Therapy student, we stay updated on human physiology to offer you the most current and effective programs. We believe as children of God, we can best serve our Lord by keeping His creation healthy; our own bodies, as we are all created in His image.

Meet Whitney!

My name is Whitney Ogden BS, CPT

I have a passion for teaching everyone about how to keep our bodies happy and healthy! I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) who is currently pursing my doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have a B.S. in Psychology from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and I am currently an Officer in the Army National Guard of South Carolina. I love to do all things fitness including weight lifting, triathlons, marathons, and all kinds of sports! I would love to get to know you and help you achieve your fitness goals!
